• A thin coat of anti-bacterial Coil Protection Treatment will be applied on the heat exchanger to stop slime, mold and bacteria from colonising on the coil – this last for 12 months.

• NEW RELEASE – A Coil Defender, Commercial Grade Enzymatic Sanitizer and Cleaner that KILLS COVID 19. Yes you heard right! We will apply this spray as a final seal to protect against covid 19 and other bacteria.

Fan Wheel Clean – The fan wheel is one of the parts along with the indoor coils and filters in an a/c unit that often get clogged due to debris and lack of maintenance. It greatly effects the air flow distribution which creates abnormal refrigerant pressures which can then lead to compressor failure as well as excess power bills.

A thorough and complete clean of the fan wheel is an additional service that can be added to any of the above services.

Decommissioning and removal of the indoor unit off the wall in order to pressure clean the indoor coil, fan wheel, louvres and casings.

The disassembly of the indoor coil from the casing enables us to reach in the unreachable components of the indoor unit and will ensure a through and complete clean.

This service is highly recommended for mould and extreme dirt build up.
